Anybody have info on these SINGLE MODE 642nm diodes rated at 150mw? First time I've seen them on o-like but it was apparently added to their catalog last October. Any news on these "new" 642nm diodes?
 





You can get a HL63133DG for a little more than that single mode 637nm 200mW diode if I remember correctly

I didnt know o-like had these tho!
 
olike says one of the features is "TE mode oscillation" with the 150mw. and that the 250mw diode is multimode
