[0 AVAILABLE] FS: 445nm, 900mW-1W Chrome Pens - $100-120 Each

Re: FS: 445nm, 900mW-1W Chrome Pens - $100 Each

Well, I'm not going to be offering warranties on the diodes here. If someone abuses the laser and the diode dies, I will not cover it. These are only being run at 1.25A and, if the duty cycle is obeyed, it should live for a long, long time, considering it's a low current. However, I will warrant any problems that come above from my workmanship, i.e. if the button fails or the driver shorts. Basically, if the diode isn't LEDd, I will investigate the problem and report if it was user failure causing the diode to die or if it was driver/contact failure. But I stated the duty cycle on the laser and it is the user's responsibility to follow it.

However, I would gladly have a few selectable currents/powers for users!

Yeah, these builds don't look like something that would come with a warranty. You know going in that they aren't heat sinked and you are probably gambling on diode life. I think it is more than fair to look at them on a case by case basis.

I could do great, but for any reasonable power, it would be a lot more expensive :P

Not at the moment, no. But I can take commissioned orders if you are interested - someone already reserved the five I have coming. But if you are interested in commissioning any more of these, I will take payments in advance and then purchase parts and assemble them.

Hmm. Good to know. I will ask for a proof of age and proof of goggles.

"I require you to vchat me before you buy" lol

Re: FS: 445nm, 900mW-1W Chrome Pens - $100 Each

I would consider doing that. When it comes to these pen hosts, I've become rather adept at basically doing anything with them - I've built one of every color commonly available in diodes for these pens, so driving it isn't an issue.

Also, I'd like to point out that I recently developed a new buck driver. Whereas I typically use a linear driver in these pens, I would be willing to do an upgrade with my new buck driver instead for longer battery life. The upgrade would cost approximately $10 more than it would otherwise be. I can also get copper Aixiz modules for an additional $15 as well as a G1 or G2 lens (for whatever color of your choice) for $55.

I think its that 11y kid again. Beware.

what the hell is wrong with you? there is no proof or never will be proof that i am a 11 year old, you want to know why? because im not, if anyone is a kid here it would be you, you are acting like a child, probably cause you are trolling all over my posts, being immature and being in my ass about everything, i swear if i knew you in real life i would punch you square in the face.

Yep it's the kid again...

Yeah... I asked for his driver's license and proof of goggles and nothing.

Just so everyone is aware, I will be giving the option of my new buck drivers on these builds! The cost will be about $5 more - $110 + shipping, but the buck driver will run it significantly longer without overheating (good or bad thing? ;) ).

You keep talking about some kid, I have no idea why Im being accused of being some kid? Let a admin check my IP, i'm no "kid", what is wrong with people?

Well, Hondarider407 just joined the forum today and has made no posts, but "he" has already repped you as being a good BUYER and a good SELLER?

Let me guess, you think that none of us have ever heard of proxies?

Do you have a facebook page that you could share with us?

Not trying to be a asshole here or anything, but it is getting real old, real quick, that im getting accused of being some kid, honestly, some people are being ridiculous, its a LASER POINTER FORUM, and the reason I joined is because i needed to buy a laser for PHOTOGRAPHY, but since i'm being frowned apon here, i think ill just make my own, I would of tried to buy one but every time I try someone always gets in my business, its like a bunch of kids, they think they are all mighty and all powerful because they are behind their computer screen, its really ridiculous.
