Hmm, must be a limit they applied later? I've got 12GB of free space I've gathered just through promotions, and never exceeded any bandwidth limits.

Yeah I understand. My Dropbox folder is a mess with images, but I can't clean it up or I'll break all my image links too :p

    Laser Supplies QLD Australia

Looks like I have 2 of the v5's .. also a couple 3.8mm 50mW 520nm diodes apparently. Interesting what you find when you look ;)

    I might have a few flexdrives somewhere .. I'll have a look when I'm home :)

    Couple new pics

Hit up member "hakzaw1" if you're looking for a projector (and FB3/QuickShow), he's more up to date with what's on the market than myself. I built this one a few years back and it cost me around $2500 all up, but you can do it much, much cheaper these days (or just buy a complete unit). It...

    Couple new pics

Messing with my projector and new camera the other night, managed to get a couple good pics. Need to grab everything out and do it again sometime :)

Have an extra $50K to see if there are exotic laser diodes in this new projector?

If the image remains in focus even on curved surfaces, then the light source has to be red, green and blue diodes, and it has to be scanned like existing laser picoprojectors. If it uses similar tech to the prior projectors (blue LED's and a phosphor wheel), the image wouldn't stay in focus on...

    Epic Huge RGB Digital Clock

Yeah I haven't had too much use on the scooter unfortunately. Cos I'm fairly heavy and it's so hot where I live all the time, I have to be very careful to not overheat the motor. In time I'll probably move further South to the cooler climate, and hopefully have lost a bit of weight with my job...

    Epic Huge RGB Digital Clock

I came back to this thread to update it with how the clock was going .. but now I'm realizing I never even posted the actual finished project. I swear I remember posting about it somewhere .. In short, I ended up ditching the custom little controller boards as they were a pain to wire inside...

    Which diodes are mutimode?

Generally lower power diodes are single mode, higher powers are multi mode, but there can be exceptions to the rule. Low power 445nm diodes are singlemode, as are low power 635nm diodes. Only sure way to know is either check it's output, or the datasheet.

    Cavitation Heater - Overunity

No one is disagreeing that the device can indeed heat the water, the energy has to go somewhere, and eventually through friction it will be turned into heat (and indeed, how the device works), but the fact that it's driven by an electric motor, which are still not really even close to being 100%...

    Cavitation Heater - Overunity

Except, in this device, it's not harvesting energy from anywhere, so overunity or free energy machine, doesn't matter, it's still less efficient than electric water heating. Towards the end of the first video the "actual scientist" even states they didn't record enough meaningful data to prove...
