Ok so I need to clear out some of these power supplies that have been stacking up. They are $18 for five supplies with free shipping in the US.
Power supply has three outputs. A low current 5V line, A high current 10A+ 4.2V output and a 10A+ 12V output.
The power supply will always provide 5V on the low current 5V output so long as it is plugged in. This line is used to toggle on and off control of the 4.2V or 12V outputs. Jumping the pin labeled below "power on" with the pin labeled 4.2V will turn on the 4.2V ouput or jump it with the pin labeled 12V below and it will turn on the 12V output.
Little update.
I am getting 10.5A on the 4.2V.
First I tried powering a flexdrive set to 1450mA. No issues.
Then I did an Amp test and it was reading 10.5A but that is the max rating on my DMM so it may be capable of much more.
Also tried my Red LED from the projector and it works perfectly from the 4.2V output.
