FS: 2x PHR 405nm diodes in aixiz modules

I need some $$ to buy laser parts and I dug up 2 phr diodes I harvested long ago. Each comes pressed in an aixiz module. I tested both and they lase. I offer each one for $10 + shipping. I can get a shipping quote tomorrow, but I believe it's something like $3.5 to Europe and $5 international. OR Buy both for $16+shipping

I will do a further test at 110 mA if you want. But I don't see why they won't be ok. I mean, they are new, i had them in a bubble wrap somewhere safe.
