Here is a review for the Nova Lasers Endeavor-275.
Endeavor-275 Portable >275mW Laser - Endeavor Series - Novalasers Inc.

Official specs.
Untitled Page

Here's the official testing which I requested. As you can see, I happened to receive an EXCEPTIONALLY overspec model. This thing is a mini-monster, I tell ya. :D

Here's the 90-second graph. (I won't put everything into images so the topic isn't too long.)

Here's the rest of the info on the sheet, including the current. The key lock/key did not come with this unit. I may contact Nova about this, but I'm so pleased with this unit that I'm not even sure I want to bother them.

It's also worth to note that these specs were given in the Warranty and Instructions packet. Looking into Nova's history, you can see that some of the tested outputs have been significantly lower than the actual specs tested by members of this forum (though the results were overspec anyway, making them even more overspec when properly tested). I believe these specs are lower because the battery they used for this testing was not fresh, like how it's been suggested before.

Here's the aluminum Nova Lasers case it came in, which I seriously love!

And out of the case. (The things that look like scratches on the host are actually the reflections of the aluminum case. One thing I was VERY surprised about this host that it is NOT a fingerprint-magnet. It retains a very deep black all the time.)
img0127q.jpg

A size comparison to a CR-2 battery (which it uses), a AA and AAA battery, an 18650 battery, and a cheap eBay laser with the renown cheap-laser-pen host.
img0148znd.jpg

The laser is actually slightly shorter than the cheap pen host, slightly fatter, and a hell of a lot better feeling in your hand. It has a lot more weight and a sturdier, well-put together feeling. Anyone who's ever held a CNI host in their hands knows this feeling.

The beauty in my hands! It easily fits into all of my pockets.

Off to some beamshots! None of these are taken with any fog/smoke whatsoever. They're taken in environments not changed to produce better pictures. The pictures do, however, look slightly different than how it looks in real life. The beam looks thinner to me (still VERY green though like in the pictures!). It's probably because I can't figure out how to focus the camera correctly. :p

Against a black non-reflective surface. Seems like the lens is slightly dirty, but I'm not too worried about that.

Aiming at some of my black clothes in my new dorm. Note: There's a window just to the right of the closets; this was during the daytime so there was sunlight in the room.

Here's the beam alignment. It's not perfectly straight, but I don't notice this unless I close one eye and look straight down the barrel (I do have bad eyes, though). It's absolutely not a problem for me.

More pics coming soon! Definitely will post some night-shots, since those are my favorites. I'll make some videos too, if possible.

Thanks DLMB! I guess putting "Pick me out a good one sir/mam! :)" in the comments section when I purchased the laser really helped out.

Damn.

I want that one.

I hope Nova doesn't restock the 275s because I might have to put a 589nm on hold.

Haha, this is definitely a keeper for the time being. As long as I don't really need the money, this laser will be safely stashed in it's aluminum case or outside being used by me! (Of course, using the recommended 30 second on/off duty cycle, or probably even shorter on times!)

wow!! Lucky, that laser has as much power as my Titan and its has better divergence (any laser does). Make sure to use a strict duty cycle with that power.

I'm convincing myself that I have enough green power already.
I'm sure that thing has an incredible beam... Especially for such a tiny device.

Edit:
Did you try to burn something?

Burning is for noobs! :D

Nope, haven't tried to burn anything yet. Glasses haven't come in yet. I've only aimed it at this non-reflective black surface and the sky so far. Not going to risk it. I've been keeping it well under 30 seconds! I don't really like to keep my lasers on anyway. Won't calculate beam specs until I get my glasses either. They seem good though! Beam is slightly crooked, I probably wouldn't have noticed it if I haven't heard others say theirs were too. I'll get pictures of it up sometime soon.

After getting comfortable with my lasers and their "personality" I run them at whatever duty cycle I think is comfortable for them.

I know that the shops and manufacturer tell you "XX(X) second duty cycle," but could you tell us what it's useful duty cycle is?
I mean, how long before it gets uncomfortably warm?
I was told to run my PGL 60 seconds on, 120 seconds off by CNI, but I sometimes run it 5 minutes straight.

If you have an LPM, how long before power starts to sag?

I'm trying not to splurge on the 250 (still in stock for now), so tell me it's not worth it. :D

I just ran it for maybe 20 seconds (still not comfortable with it yet! Just getting a feel for the baby) and I sense none to hardly any heat at all. If there is heat, it's well displaced and I can't really even tell it's there. I'll try to run it until it gets warm, but not quite yet!

No LPM, but you can check the graph above. It starts to drop down a little at 61, not very noticeable though.
