Always remember about heatsinking ..... these diodes becomes hot very quickly .....

Thanks for the data,

Since the projector has 24 a140 diodes, would the diodes be running at a lower mW to generate the 1.8 W or was this a test of a single diode?

also can you also test the red and green diodes in there if you get a chance?

You should probably do some more reading.... each diode peaks at 1.8W. There are no green diodes, rather the blue hits a phosphor disk to make green, and the red is from an LED.
