Sure is a goofy looking thing. I've never seen anything like it before.. What is that teal square at the aperture for?

I love that really deep blue color. For the rest of us who can't get ultra cool rare lasers like that but want to see that color, use a prism on a non phosphorescent mercury vapor bulb. One of the main MV lines is 435nm. :) It's really pretty. It's worth it!

Hey Ben, how many mW, and if you were to locate a third one, or be willing to let one go, about what would it cost? -Glenn

There we have it, a name for this color... Kleenex. Lol

Thank you I just spent 5 minutes feeling guilty for posting that. (think about it, I don't post things like that, you guys are "rubbing off" on me here.)

I just beat Tech Junkie to the punch line, that's all.

I would guess the violet is a tiny bit more indigo than our 405 nm's, but so little so, one would just see the difference side by side, basically I would call it violet if I'm right. -Glenn

Those are not for water, it is back filled with dry nitrogen to preserve the crystal and diode facets.

And this is something a potential buyer would need to do?

*watches the auction*
