Just orderd a lase then found out they are illegal

I just orderd a 200mw laser from bestbuyoffer.com and then I found out they are illegal in the US. So my question is... what will happen? Will they not send it? or will they send it anyway?

They're gonna come to your house and lase your eyes out so you have no use for a laser. J/K. You should be fine. They will just mark your package something lame like a flashlight/gift or something like that. Many members here order lasers all the time.

I have another question that I cant seem to find an answer to. I bought a red laser. and all I want to do is be able to light fuses with it. Is it powerfull enough to do this relatively quick.

possibly it looks like alot of really common red lasers sold on reputable sites but you dont know unless its got the same insides. if you can cancel your order then do it and buy this one instead. O-like is reputable buy from them instead if you can

umm ill take a guess and say you have a 99% chance that youll get the laser and if they confiscate it you either pay extra money in taxes to get it, or just leave it. either way you dont actually get in any trouble

Not really, If they confiscate it there is nothing that you can do to get it back, I don't know where you heard that they made you pay more taxes:thinking: but that never was/will be true.

And if they get one from you and you try a second time you better believe that you will be in trouble, there is a member here who had them show up at his front door and search his house, so don't say that you wont get in trouble.

Dont worry, its safe. Youll get the laser. I ordered one from the same website, same laser to. Got it, however it did take a while to ship, but thats because of slow shipping. It is 200mw, sometimes more if you get better batteries. Lights matches, burns plastic, make stuff smell bad. However it only burns dark colored stuffz.

Its illegal to ship to the US, not to have one. So you wont get in trouble.

However, be very carefull, this isnt a toy, do not point it at any eyes. DO NOT USE THIS WITH CATS EITHER.

PLEASE do not shoot it at an airplane, no matter how cool it may be.

They are somewhat screwing you over, its beam is not very visible in daylight. However if it was a 200mw green, its a different story.

BUY GOGGLES!
