Sorry iskor but this is Bens thread ,not yours, if you dont like it, read another thread.

or better said:

Iskor excuse us grownups are talking here..

Grownups? Are you kidding me. That is the funniest thing I have read yet today. Thanks for the laugh.

Granted it is Bens thread, but BS like this makes me fully understand why all of the REAL EXPERTS are leaving this forum. Have fun talking your BS in places they don't belong. Pretty soon this forum is going to be full of only 17 or younger itiots and I will blame it all on you.

No offense to Mature 17 and younger members.

EDIT: Sorry I posted this one a little late.
I do Like the pictures. Some of them could have been greatly improved though. Some where a little blurry and others needed the white balance adjusted, but overall they look great.:)

Well I agree with Iskor and I am sorry for contributing to the flamewar.
I think you misunderstood something arena.. this is not Ben's thread. Any thread belongs to c0ld and according to his guidelines having an argument about a sale is unrelated to the Multimedia section and therefore should not be posted here.

Let this be the last off-topic comment and let's go back to talking pics. Everything else can be done in the review section or by PM.

Agreed .

No, there is no law against reverse engineering a product. In some cases it can be banned by the DMCA, but it is by no means illegal so long as you are not trying to circumvent copyrights.

I was joking - didn't mean it seriously :)

Even if you were to find out which LEDs were used, the company still sold a TV, so I doubt they're too worried about it :eg:

Why use white LEDs as a backlight? Wouldn't it be much better using red, green and blue LEDs? Because you only need those three peak wavelenth anyway.

You get broadband red through a red pixel. Thus, if you give a whole spectra of color with no peaks, you can get a much more lifelike color gamut.

Well said LB, I do in fact have high speed at home. At work in the middle of a wood I have dial up as I am too far from the exchange to get anything else.

As to the photo's now I have looked at them...... at high speed:) Some fun kit you have LB;)

Regards rog8811

Hey Rog.....
now you have me completely confused.... were you referring to "Laser_Ben" or "lasersbee".... :yh:

Ben & I have done so much business together, it almost felt like we were trading or buying/selling something from each other every day there for quite awhile, & NEVER ONCE did any of our deals encounter any difficulty whatsoever. I find it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to believe that BEN is involved with something so petty & inexpensive. I stand behind you & believe in you Ben........................rob

Well Rob, you want to be a middle man? I am waiting for Bens dead module to come back to me. I am refunding Arenered's money. I will then send the module to Ben so he can see for himself. He can then send my replacement module to you first to "test" before forwarding it to me. I wil cover shipping costs once I get it. How about that. I'll be his 125mw modules doesn't put out 12.5mw based on what Louis (Arenered) reported to me when it first arrived.

Jake21 was once a 'great seller" around here. Things got tight for him and he couldn't keep up so he cut corners, sold cheaper stuff or plain didn't ship. Laser ben is heading the same direction....there are several here that have had trouble with him.

No, you will not be getting a replacement from me... I sold you a module, then you turned around and shipped a different module to your buyer. YOU can work it out with YOUR buyer.

I am giving my buyer a refund which is much more then you ever did for me after the battery incident. He will ship the module back to me. It is the exact same module you shipped me, I assure you.
So you are publicly refusing to honor your products? I bought a 125mw module from you and it doesn't perform like it was advertised (only 5mw maybe) so I would like to exchange it for a good one BUT this time I would like a trusted member act as a middle man to test it.

This is considered normal practice around here. You are a business man and have your own internet business. Do you accept?

The reason I am refusing is because you sold another member a module and claimed it was from me when it was not. You have a working module, I tested it before I shipped it and I know it was working.

Ben, we never said it did not work. It was stated the module was only as bright as a 5mw ledlight and mode hopped. That is a far cry from a 125mw module for sure.
