I would like some 20mm copper modules when ready ( for 9mm diodes ), I don't need the driver pocket in the copper back half but I would like some of the long copper back halves to use with double 20mm linear mounts.

Hey Jordan,
I’ve bought from you in the past over the years through lpf and your site. I noticed your site was down and was interested in the SO6J 12x 405nm and the Mitsubishi 638nm 180mw diodes. Both of them I need the drivers mounted, pressed and current set and I would like both with 20mm cu modules and G2 lens. If you can find time to get me a quote, put these together and get them to me by Halloween that would be awesome. Thanks a bunch

Hi,
I tried to order some items but there are no add to cart buttons visible and when I click on diodes only ones pictured. So I assume that his site is down and taking no orders.

Yeah - I noticed the diode page was not showing anything else but a Sharp 490nm - fingers crossed it's just part of the rebuild of DTRs site. I have an order sitting there with shipping label printed but it doesn't look like it's been posted yet. Happy to wait - just hoping that Jordan's OK.

Just a thought - He might have taken a short hiatus of new orders in order to clear a backlog?

Edit: Emailed him and he dispatched it shortly afterwards :)

I have a notice of a shipping label that has been printed, but it hasn't gone to the post office yet. I guess I will check the tracking number to see when/if it does.

I had that happen last time, a label was printed but it never moved, a week later after I messaged a new label was printed that did move, so if it doesn't move in a few days you might want to send a message in case it's mislaid under a stack of orders, I know Jordan said he's been busy.

Thanks for all the supportive messages over the last couple weeks guys. I really appreciate it. As some of you know and some have observed over the last six or so months it has been getting harder and harder to keep up with the ever increasing volume and had a brown out several weeks ago due to several things converging at once that got me quite a bit behind which I just could not seem to make any head way getting caught up. Pulled my ebay then amazon as a pressure release valve. Anyway since I had to suspend ordering decided to get all the stuff that has been neglected taken care of like my site, my workshop needed a complete overhaul actually have my final piece coming tomorrow a neat desk which I can sit, stand or even walk at to try to work on my health. I also decided to finally bring someone onboard and spent the last few weeks working with him to get his footing. Came with good soldering skills and decent electronics background but there is a learning curve when jumping in a new field and specially lasers. Anyway that will be a huge help to deal with some of the easier but time consuming stuff. What I really need is a message service. My inbox has been getting a little out of control specially since ebay had me remove all my forum links after the mandatory HTTPS thing and a spot check of one of my non complying listings for hosted pictures with just HTTP had the guy follow one of the LPF links felt it was encouraging people to contact me outside ebay. So had to pull them all. Those funneled a massive amount of people here with a path to find a lot of info saving a ton extra customer messages leaving the more important stuff like stocking, shipping or other time sensitive messages . I need to find someone has the penitence and knowledge to do lasers 101 classes.:p Really I used to love going though builds with people but I have found myself getting drawn into long email chains that ge me behind in actually getting stuff out the door. Being able to at least reply in a quick manor to requests I feel is a basic principal of customer service and I have not been able to keep up with that basic responsibility the last couple weeks so I do apologize.:(

I am still having issues with getting all the options in the cart buttons I want so for the time being I linked the largest section which is the diodes back to the backup of the classic site to open up ordering. Just putting the finishing touches on the driver pages now so they will all be up and I have stock of all but the BB8 which Vlad is waiting on some backorderd part for the next bath but should not be much longer for them.

I had been keeping an eye on the watch notifications of this thread so I could make sure any issues were resolved quick and misread thinking you said you were missing something so I have your address in my quick ship and pushed out a label so I would remember to come back to get it out but it was the missing order from last month of Cobra's you were just reply to him about it. So when I relaized that night I put it aside to use with your next order. Sorry If I got your hopes up.

Hi,
I afraid to order anything at the moment so I will wait tile gets back on his feet.

No worries I would never leave you hanging. There should not be any orders still hanging out and the few people that I fubarred on during this hiatus should have got some bonus material or other love.:)

I think I sent you one yesterday but as you ordered it if you just want a few extra back halfs shoot me a message with your next order about them.

Anyway very exited about having some help and hope this allows me to keep up with the community as it is not easy to be a one man show but also don't want to forsake you guys chasing the golden goose as this community is my foundation.

Hi,Yes great to hear that changes were made to better the site and your health most of all. On thing I would like to bring to your attention is there are no buy buttons for the drivers or setting selections. All others are working but the driver section.

Thanks guys. I really needed to take a step back for a bit to collect myself. Was just going to many directions juggling too many balls in the air at once and had sheer exhaustion. Ebay and amazon will stay down for a bit other than maybe some of the non related items like remotes, fans and DLP chips as they are my only way to offload those. I still have so many ebay listings I have to scrub of links to get back to active and a lot of them are just dated not reflecting any current changes like on units with driver in the module most come with a different driver than originally pictured or they are showing a aluminum hollow back not the new copper ones. Dead picture links and some of the newer stuff I have not even done testing threads on. So much stuff has been neglected as if I am not pushing stuff out the door I am sleeping. I have a car I bought right about a year now and only has 1900 miles on it to give an idea. Hopefully with Eugene my new worker I can get some me time finally.

Tried to get the drivers pages done last night but drifted off to sleep but the backup of my original site is still online if there is anything you can not find on the new site yet.:)

Thanks for the reply, Jordan. Now that I know about the label, I will delete it from my email. It is good that you have been so busy, but not if it is going to hold up your ability to fill orders quickly. Hiring someone to help with orders might work out well. I hope it does. Thanks.

Edit: I used my last TO-5 copper module for an NDB7675 diode, but the module is not large enough to take the diode and it is only seated part of the way in. I am now stuck without a TO-5 module and no good way to get my diode out of the one I tried to use. :(
