Hello, I was wondering if you can get some blue and red colored lens caps? I've got a whole bunch of greens. Would like to use them on my different colored lasers? Thanks

I checked, found lens caps in different colors for cameras but nothing for laser modules?? Unless I'm doing something wrong, spent some time searching ? Any chance you have link?

Aren't lens caps basicly back clicky button boots?

Edit: Look under silicone tail caps for flashlights at Fastech, they have some different colors and some glow in the dark that might do.

Yes, that's correct. DX should have them as well.

Gary, have you ever thought about selling a version of your extended, anodized focus adapters in a "regular" length, maybe about 1/2 as long as the extended variety?
I think some of the smaller builds would look really good utilizing a similar style adapter with the nice knurling, conical front design and quality colored anodizing! :D

Some of us are making our own aluminum, brass, or stainless adapters, but there really isn't any anodized color matched options available.

So you're talking about something similar to the length of the traditional nickel-plated brass focus rings, but color anodized aluminum? What colors do you think would be most popular?

Yeah pretty much, although I think they would end up being a little longer (maybe a mm or two), which might be about 5 or 6mm overall, just so it would give you enough room to have a little bit of the conical design of the extended style adapters.
Of course this isn't necassary, I just think it adds a little style to the design.

I can't be sure on the colors, I think they all would sell. I'd start with the black, clear, and maybe blue, heck I've used most all the colors on your extended version.
I think they would sell in about the same ratio as the others?

Maybe some of the guys will chime in and give their two cents worth, and see if it's something they'd be interested in?

The stainless steel hosts and battery extension tubes are back in stock and shipping now! I plan on posting a general "SL Open Thread" sticky with this and other information in the near future.
