No laser... No response to emails.... Nothing.. I'm sorry Isaac... This is NOT your fault... This guy needs to be stopped though... I sent him $385... Not exactly chump change to me.. I already contacted pay pal. .. Everyone else needs to do the same.

PP used to be on the sellers side, then the buyers side.
Now it's kinda swinging back, I just got screwed on a 385 dollar projector, yes I got a refund but ebay did not make then honor the sell and it was a volume seller.

You don't even have ebay, and what when Joke says the items are banned, you think this guy is giving up anything, I doubt it, you guys need to get on paypals ass directly.

Heck you may all have tracking numbers by tomorrow and a story about how the lasers are shipping from China for what ever reason and in 6 weeks you will get a box....with a 49 cent plastic watch or some cheap drop shipped junk.

I would get my money back asap. If you can.

If he says they're banned items, won't Paypal confiscate the money?

I heard that's how they operate, but I could be wrong..

I just now logged into my paypal account and looked for the dispute option but can't find it. Then I googled the subject and found that it has to be done within 45 days of placing the order. Since I placed the order on Feb 27, it looks like I no longer have that option.

EDIT: I found the button to click for conflict resolutions. But it still looks like my window of opportunity may be closed. Apparently, I am 2 days too late. https://www.paypal-community.com/t5...-dispute-after-45-days-of-payment/td-p/667967

45 days was the old limit, now it's 180 days.

You should be able to place your dispute. I placed mine more than 45 days after ordering.

well i did offer to build something similar for all of his customer whom didn't receive the laser..... the offer still there.

you pay for the parts, after i finish building it then ship it you pay the labour cost?

We pretend they're flashlights. They're banned because Paypal prohibits using their service to sell lasers over 5mw.

Well, it could be your problem. Paypal may confiscate our refunds if we or Eitan say they're lasers. Could be wrong, hope I am.

Let's not all lose our heads here. There's still a perfectly good chance paypal will get us our money back. Eitan can't even claim he shipped the items because none of the tracking numbers work. The least he could have done is ship out boxes with a pipe in them or something. If the seller provides no proof at all of even shipping the items, the case aught to be a slam dunk in favor of the buyer. The only thing that could potentially mess the case up is the illegality of the goods. However we could just say we had no idea they were illegal. It was the fault of paypal for letting joker use their service for his laser business.
