I would make any advertiser sign a contract and pay a deposit that is revoked if they violate the terms of use, then that deposit could be used to settle disputes.

Ordered January 16th... 89 days later.... nothing. The first tracking code didn't work, so he said he would send me another. He never sent a new one, and then said he would send a 3rd. Never got that one either.

I escalated my claim to a dispute yesterday. Joker hasn't responded to it yet.

I'm kind of hoping he doesn't, as if he doesn't respond in 'the allotted time' (as Paypal says), I get my money back hassle free.

Sanwu has offered me a discount on one of his challenger lasers. Once I get my money back, I'm going to buy one from him.

I'd encourage the rest of you to open Paypal claims.

Eitan is full of it. I've been waiting two months for my laser, and I opened a Paypal claim yesterday.

Going to buy a laser from Sanwu when I get my money back.

I don't see why the banner couldn't be replaced the next time the advertising contract is up. I'd think there are plenty companies that would be willing to advertise here. Sanwu, Gearbest, JetLasers, etc. I hate to pressure c0ldshadow, but I did message him.

Going to buy a laser from Sanwu when I get my money back.

He will likely screw everyone he can, but I hope not, but I won't be surprised if he does, it could be bad for the site, but nothing we say will matter, he has already decided and everyday that ad is up more damage gets done, that's my bet.

Elly do you even have tracking that works?

Another day, still no lasers in the mail, still no working tracking. I'm done with this crap. Just escalated to a claim with screenshots showing joker sending phony tracking # and lying about shipment dates.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

He stated that he now has a location in the USA that will send out orders so that they won't take as long anymore. I don't know what the address is yet, but that would definately solve the shipping problems. Any one in the US who makes an order from now on should see a serious decrease in shipping time.

Where/when was this? Genuinely curious.

A USA distribution operation, that's got to be meant as a joke.

That was in two threads, now I can't find it. If I remember right I think it was Vortish that said it was him who was going to work with Eitan for his U.S. distribution, but he backed out of it a few days ago when things went bad and said so in one of the threads. Maybe it was in the thread that was hidden I don't know, there are so many threads now that I can't keep up with them. It could be that Eitan was genuinely trying to solve the problem but he was just too late.
