I have been trying to email the folks over at Laserglow asking about my 473nm laser, and about the severe lack of customer care. I have sent countless emails to Laserglow, including one to Justin, who is VP of Laserglow without a response.
I've spent well over $1,000 and sent them one last email regarding how I've been treated directly to Justin and nothing. That is my last straw. I was planning on spending $400+ on 2 remaining lasers but not a chance.
Folks, if you buy from Laserglow, unfortunately don't expect a response. I will be contacting them to return my 473nm Aquarius and will be buying *hopefully* a 100mW 473nm unit from JetLasers, where customer service was excellent.
