Well look at it this way, you know you made at least a couple people happy, lol.
But seriously I wake up in pain every day, and it's easy to fixate on negatives which sadly only makes those things amplify and feel worse.
But as we get busy with our everyday drudgery all those things can fade away.
Use that to your advantage, distract yourself from pain, be it physical, mental, emotional or other.
I find taking a long walk helps, I walk everyday even after a long day and it helps, strong body strong everything else and it helps balance chemistry.
In short exercise is good for mind as well as body.
If talking about penguins distracts us all for a minute then we can choose to make it a good thing and enjoy it or attack it because maybe there is something that some of us don't want to face and maybe those people attempt to feel better by lashing out, or others may have a point to make and feel they are contributing in their own way, people are different, but it matters not.
Because if someone makes fun of this thread or joins in for a smile we all got something from it.
