I just wanted to let everyone know that we appreciate your patience with us as we complete our move, I know it has taken a few days longer than normal to get some of your orders out. Even though we posted a message about it on the stores and in the confirmation emails, apparently not everybody reads them. ;)

I must ask for your patience once again as my wife goes in for surgery early next week. This is a day surgery but serious nonetheless, and I will have some extra responsibilities for a week or two that may delay order processing. As always, we will strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your understanding!

Are you back to normal schedule now? I was possibly going to order some protective goggles and maybe a laser parts bundle. Looking through your website now. I've never built one of these before. Easy to do?

What site are you looking at? Are you in Pennsylvania or not? If your in the US you can't buy those from their international site. You can only buy what they sell on their US site.

Oh! Thanks for pointing that out. I had no idea. You probably just saved me a lot of stress lol :)

Your welcome, they were forced to stop selling those complete kits in the US a long time ago, they have explained a couple of times in other threads. You can still buy your parts from them and a module from DTR to build a complete laser.

Take a look at how I built my two 445nm lasers:

http://laserpointerforums.com/f65/assembled-m140-c6-pic-heavy-83543.html

http://laserpointerforums.com/f65/assembled-445nm-9mm-stainless-steel-host-pic-heavy-85997.html

There are many photos and detailed instructions if someone wanted to build the same or a similar laser. I especially like my stainless steel one, it was almost $300 but was worth it.

We have a number of items that are out of stock (see notice on the store home page) but are expected to arrive soon. If there is something you are trying to build in particular please let me know through the contact page. Stainless hosts are in stock.

I need to purchase some safety goggles. My new laser will be here this week. Do you have these in stock?

Eagle Pair 190-540nm Slip Over Laser Safety Goggles

If so, where do you ship from and how long does it take for you to pack and ship the item after I order it? (not including carrier ship time) Thanks!

Are there any goggles that cover 445nm, 532nm, and 635/650nm or do I have to purchase multiple goggles?

Two of your 4 questions are answered on their home page. Survival Laser USA Home
They ship from Cedar City Utah. Given your location I would expect 7 days or less from time of purchase. And for your last question the answer is no, you will have to purchase separate goggles for 635/650.

Hey Alan, thanks for your input!

The reason I asked these questions here is I wanted to see how active the rep is on the forums to get a sense of what kind of customer service the company has. I checked out the website but wanted to get more accurate info since it is around the holidays now.

Happy Holidays! Thanks again for your input :)

Thanks for the quick reply! If I order tonight would they be shipped out before NYE? Just trying to get an idea of when I might get them. The website says a few extra days of processing time during the holidays. Thanks again for your quick response :)

Yes, just request it in the notes at checkout. Thanks!
