I felt the need to give Laserbtb my money. Turn around time was 3 days to get my items ready. They provided me with a DHL tracking number. I watched eagerly as my laser traveled from Hong Kong to US Customs. It cleared customs just fine. The funny thing was watching it in Omaha, Nebraska. I wondered what route DHL would be taking to go through Nebraska. Well it said it was out for delivery, in Nebraska. I live in FLORIDA. I double checked the email and confirmed the DHL tracking number. I logged onto laserbtb.com and confirmed the tracking number. I called DHL and gave my address and they said it was not the address on that package. Then I gave my name. They confirmed that my name was on the package. DHL was cool about it and allowed me to update my address.

I sent emails to both email addresses for laserbtb. No response as of yet. I'm not to happy about this.

Wow, this is the second thread I've seen where a laserbtb shipment was miss delivered. Rifter, the first "victim" had his delivered to the wrong address and i don't think it was resolved. At least you caught it in time, and DHL worked with you.

Oh gosh. Lol, I am waiting on an order from Laserbtb right now. I chose the Hong Kong Post option for $20 as the DHL option was up around $35 and I didn't want to spend so much on fast shipping. And then I laser realize that people choose DHL not for the faster shipment but for better chance of getting through customs.

I hope your package arrives safely, and update the forum to let us know how it turns out!

Yeah I got lucky with DHL. I am totally surprised that they worked with me so easily on the phone. I expected them to say "Sorry. Contact the shipper because we're delivering it to Omaha,". My hat's off to DHL for working with me and being super cool about it. It still irks me that I'm the second guy in a short period of time that this has happened to. Still no word from Laserbtb. I expect some poor English response tomorrow with them playing dumb. I don't know what I'm going to do when the package arrives and it's the wrong items.

Now that would be funny if the package was supposed to go to Nebraska, but Laserbtb put your name on the package & tracking number by mistake. It's like secret santa, you get a package full of surprises. Maybe you'll get more than you ordered. Keep us posted.

"Soory, I put the wrong address. It says that it is out for delivery in Nebraska. you live in Florida.

I give you the write tracking number, but I put the wrong address
(I copy invoice, forget to amend the used address) :

I put correct phone number and E-mail on the package.

I had contacted DHL staff in my city,
you please contact DHL in the USA,tell the truth as soon as possible."

Well at least their English is getting better. I'm not sure what they would've done if my package had been delivered to the lucky guy in Omaha? Now it's just the waiting game to see what's in the box. I'll keep you all posted.

DHL just came by. After tearing through typical carboard wrapping I found that my Laser and goggles were there. They sent me the wrong charger but I'll find a way to make do. I played around with it and gave it a proper function check. I'm on my way back to work. I'll give it a proper test and write a review within the next few days.

Yay for stupid luck!

I'm the guy in Nebraska. I never even knew about your package being addressed to me.
Although I am glad you received your package, There was no reason for you to post my address on a public forum, especially when I had nothing whatsoever to do with your problems. I guess this is your address:

Well Bud you could've kindly sent me a message and I would've gladly deleted that post and given you a heartfelt apology. But now we're where we are. Since we're friends now, why don't you stop by for a drink?

Cheers,
Mike

A nice person would not have posted an innocent 3rd party's address on a public forum in the first place. That goes without saying. Do I really need to explain? laserbtb messed up your order, so you decide to go ahead a print an unknown 3rd party's address out of spite or anger? WTH?

No! He got his package, it was initially addressed to me, but it was re-routed to the corrected recipient. Meanwhile he started a rant and included my address in a post, when I. Had nothing to do with it.

What I did was copy and paste laserbtb's reply email to me. It was my oversight that your address happened to be in the email and got posted. As I said, I would've appologized and taken your address down, as I did. My post was a mistake and careless. Yours was malicious. You can kindly edit your post at anytime and remove my address.

I don't see 59laser's address anywhere in this thread, so it must have been edited or never there. I saw this thread from the start, and do not remember seeing a specific address for 59laser. since it is not there, why not edit out raif79's address now, before a mod has to step in

oh I see, it was in the copy/pasted email. still, I see raif79 typed the above as I typed this. it's a good idea. if 59laser does not do this quickly, ask a mod to help, I'm sure they will.

but it is too late, I saw it already, I'm coming for you!!! Buwhhahahahahah!!!!

I have removed the address from 59laser's post.

The reason for the thread being open has been resolved, case closed.
