SOLD: Wicked Lasers Arctic 445nm 1W

I actually planned on listing it on eBay, seeing there's currently a listing up right now for one with minimal use, with 10 bids on it at $265.00. There's still 2 days remaining so I imagine the price will increase even further.

I'd like to get the most money out of it possible, however I figured I'd ask here first, if there's someone dying to own an Arctic. Personally I'm not a huge fan of Wicked, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Can you post any pics of your unit? Maybe a video? Is output power known? I have kind of always wanted an arctic but never did because I could a more powerful laser for less.

Yeah if your looking for $$$ unfortunately suckers on ebay will probably be your best bet.

Most of us here know we can find better for cheaper.

For example.. For a little cheaper than what your offering.. I got a 2.5W+... So... hmmm.. I'll take it for $100!

ill confirm the ebay idea. selling to fleabay suckers will net you the most money. i dont think people will spend over $100, maybe $125 tops here. WL attracts a ton of, well ill call them unaware buyers, who are sucked in by the hype and smoke& mirror advertising they produce. if you list it on fleabay id bet youd get right around $350-400 from what ive seen over the past few days.

make sure if you list it on ebay you put that it is something like a .1000mW or .1W laser. if you say its 1W or 1000mW it will get taken down in a heartbeat, also if you dont put the power it will get taken down just as quick

Yeah you guys are right, eBay idea is best. I did jump the gun and already list it. I figured immediately after payday for most people and before one other popular listing ends I should get it up.
That is one good thing about WickedLasers, their brand name is what makes up their products and popularity, just like Apple. Here's the listing right now:

Pretty good deal. I'm thinking of modifying my Arctic... the heatsinking on WL's hosts seems to be pretty good. But I'm not quite ready to kill my diode just to take the host apart yet
