BUMP IE yr MO arrived just now- Gray/JL tells me that after this Group Purchase is over the remaning 10 or so Ti-Bs will all be mine to sell at GLP.org- he will still take orders from anyone wanting but you can still get the same deal from my new store and thety are not listed at JETLASERS.org . These will be shipped from JL to the new buyer- $200 plus for non forum members and $170 plus for FOH(friends of hak's--lol)

Here are two pics taken of the LPM test on one of the Ti-Bs that were shipped out on Monday. I could not find Jerimy's email addy so I will put his pics here.

As you can see its overspec and very stable- the test was 60 seconds long on a Radiant graphing meter.

I found zero flaws on all I inspected. The JL warranty is for 6 months and full refund can be had for any reason.

THose that did not send their funds nor replied to my emails may still buy one directly from the store greenlaserpointer.org they are not listed there but you can ask for invoice by using the hakzaw addy at the site- So unless we have made some other agreement the price is now $185 with USPS shipping included- a quailty LI-Ion 14500 battery will cost you another $9. You can get a decent charger anywhere.

AFAIK there are less than ten left.
all are 532/100mW. No other wavelengths, powers nor any as hosts.

GB #8 will end soon- buyers can pay a little more and get direct shipping ANYTIME buy going through GLP.org or you can save some on shippping and opt for having me inspect and test then reship. pm ME FOR THAT OPTION.

Either way you can pay at the store- no more UPPS MOs are needed at this time.

I'm just going to be a bit less polite and say this;

IF YOU WANT BATTERIES SHIPPED WITH LASER INTERNATIONALLY YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

I'm sorry for the caps, and the insult, but why in the world would you risk a $100+ laser over a $5-10 battery that you can buy safely elsewhere? :undecided:

If you need advice on where to get batteries, ask, post a thread, send me a PM, but don't ask for one to be shipped with your laser.

The best deal I could find on 26650s was $18.87 for 2 Trustfire 5000 mAh units which have spec'd out pretty well in benchmark reviews. I run them in my PL-E and they do great.. way outlasting the stock ones that JL sends.

I got my Ti green. It is a wonderful laser !
And very overspec too. I measured 121mW filtered.
I will take some pictures later.

About the tail switch. How does it work ? It only goes on when I tightened the tailcap and the button doesn't really have a clicky.

Yeah... one downside

If anyone knows how to mod them for clickie switch, I would LOVE that.

Press the center of the tailcap. Its like a momentary switch with a spring. Screwing it all the way down is on and unscrewing it is off.

AFAIK only ONE box EVER sent by JL has been siezed- why?? because it had batteries in the same box-!!!

fortunetly it was bounced back to JL and was re-shipped- Gary hates to say no or dissappoint ANYONE- but its not fair to ask for the batteries unless you are willing to pay a little extra and get them shipped sans laser.

BTW if you go to greenlaserpointer.org you can see all the batts that JL now has- BUT those prices listed are for general public -- forum members get a better deal- just ask.

If you are in the US go to LarryDFW-- and I also have some 18650s FS ATM.

isnt that a little like saying 'I shot my gun into the sky and i was not hit by the bullet'? chances are slim but..
Like I said Gray can be so helpful that it can be something later regretted- more companies are now not allowing batteries to be shipped, including the USPS.

I explained in detail how the Ti-B 'switch' works-
IIRC ARG modded his tailcap-

take care to loosen the tail cap to the point where pressing on the center does NOT make the laser work at time when you dont want it too- One time I had mine just a little too tight and the laser came on in my pocket - I always remove the battery if I know I will not be using it for a while-

If anyone wants a Ti-B 532/100 dont wait- less than a dozen are left and AFAIK no more will be made. PM me.
