Ray J Neal - still waiting

It's been 5 months since my transaction with Ray and I have been patiently waiting for my refund. He recently announced that he was giving out refunds based on chronological order after a thread rhd made about him, but no refund yet.

I paid for 2 guidesman hosts back in June along with a custom heat sink. I received the heat sink, but the hosts were out of stock so I told him it was fine because I can wait. After almost 2 months I asked for a refund because I wasn't expecting for it to take that long. Barely any communication after that.

Ray fell onto some hard times and I understood that so I gave him some more time. But his business has been up and running for a while now, so it seems that his words are nothing but empty promises.

I know there are others in my situation, as rhd just received his hosts back about a week ago.

If anyone is in the same situation please post here and let me know.

My patience has worn thin and I will be taking legal action if Ray doesn't make things right soon for everyone.

I sent my transaction ID to Ray 15 days Ago and he didnt refund me yet ..
Is there some other people who is waiting for rayjneal ??

I think andrewb and Jakegt were waiting for refunds. Hopefully more people chime in here.

There are many people waiting IIRC. Not sure if RHD got his stuff back or a refund.
RayJ chimed in long enough to yell at RHD for posting a thread asking about his purchase, and disappeared again.

I did get my hosts back last week.

Maybe unsticky his sale thread?

I agree to unsticky his threads as well as close them. There's no point of it since he stopped selling those a while ago.

Hmm, a bit of cleaning may be in order. At least it was closed.

Anyway, If I don't hear from Ray by next Friday, Nov 11, I will proceed filing a claim and contacting his local authorities.

This is a real shame. From what I've seen, Ray did some great work. So many people seem to be "joining the dark side" lately.

It's always been this way. New sellers come and go all the time.

Luckily, i'm like an STD. It's pretty hard to get rid of me.

Well the good news is both you, and your new wife, can treat it yourselves! LOL!

Update: So, Ray PM'd me yesterday in response to my PM I sent him a few days earlier. In my PM I told Ray if he doesn't give me my refund I'll be contacting his local authorities and file a IC3 Complaint. It seems he doesn't care since he said he would give me the number to the police station because he has friends in high places.

So, instead of being polite he tries to scare me off because he has friends in high places? A bit childish if you ask me.

He then goes on about sending the transaction ID and refund total and says I'm making empty threats? I send him my transaction ID and refund amount over 2 weeks ago and he signed on the 1st. I have been very patient with Ray over the months, so he shouldn't blame me for being upset and wanting to file a complaint.

I replied to his PM but hasn't gotten back to me yet.

If he doesn't refund you, in my book that makes him a scammer...
