Thanks for that MFO....
I edited the post above yours as you posted...

It seems there were 8 complaints against me
that same day....
Hmmm.... I wonder who that could be.... Hmmm

It must really bug you - you already know that I was one of the people who messaged the admin and a couple people on your list at LE also did. Some also did not - Spyrorocks and 2007Revolution had nothing to do with it. The others I don't even know who all did.

I think it would be in the best interest to just get on with everything and prevent more drama from starting.

[EDIT]
As to the Poll.... I would really like to know which members demanded
that I be banned... because if they are any of the many Members that I
respect on this forum I would certainly have listened to them...
(they know who they are)...

But I suppose if those respected members were involved I would think
they would have at least shown me courtesy of at least PMing me to let
me know if I was out of line... I received no such PMs...

I've been showing you the courtesy of attempting to send you a private message, and I really would appreciate if you'd return the courteous gesture.

This is NOT a court of law. It is a privately owned enterprise. No one here has any "rights" to be violated. ALL members here (including me) are here at the indulgence of c0ld. EVERYONE specifically subjected themselves to c0ld's discretion by posting in the forum. Trying to argue for "rights" is moot. We have no "rights."

So... I guess this is a Dictatorship then... where no one has
any rights... If I understand correctly...

Browsing this forum is like shopping at a privately owned department store.

The staff can make you to leave and never come back at any time they want for any reason they want - and they don't have to tell you who reported you for putting items in other people's carts.

Yes. That is correct

It is definitely a benevolent dictatorship, but that is basically correct.

Just as you have the right to refuse service in your business, c0ld has the right to refuse service in the forum.

There is a slight difference... I will not refuse service after I have
been given money... but that's another matter...

That is one of the differences between a business and a forum

People pay for a product from you. No one pays for posting rights in a forum.

The example was just to illustrate that the application of the "rights" concept was not valid. It was not to argue that a forum should be run as a business.

Its all a joke. People get banned for being assholes, but others are doing blatant illegal acts, and scamming people, yet they are still here. Doesn't make any sense at all.

Don't worry. Once I am named "Emperor of the World", I'll straighten all of it out.

Complaining is not your strong suit. Forensic investigation is. Go fishing. Hug the woman. Get back to work.

So sayeth the prophet
