When you have Christmas week off and all you can think about is waiting for the mail to come everyday and it's driving you nuts because usps tracking only shows tracking AFTER it has arrived or worse, they left a message on your door to go pick it up the next day (especially if you can't, it's over a weekend or holiday).

You're in a group buy, you've chosen, paid and there is 2 weeks before it even closes.

You can't stand the thought of not having every single one of your 30 batteries fully charged at all times.

Is this Chinese unit going to work the next time?

Rearrange your cases over and over and are never satisfied.

Have so many lasers it's embarrassing trying to explain why you NEED so many (another good reason to have them locked up and not on display).

The world news isn't as important as what's going on in this site :)


Sorry if I said some others have mentioned.....

When you get up in the morning and realize you left your DMM on all night, but then you also realize that it wasn't left on for very long since you were up till 4am working on lasers.

Hmm, now there is food for thought. We're talking handhelds only right? And that does not include the lasers currently on order/in transit?

Not counting cheaper/cheapy ones, I have 14 lasers right now.

Granted not a one of them is even a third as cool as this... but no I wouldn't trade.

I probably would for a complete PJ setup with software, everything basically ready to go.

Hopefully we will see something like this from companies like jetlasers eventually.

Edit, you know when you are a laser enthusiast when the number of lasers you have at home far outnumbers the number of pens :p

This morning I was on the phone, needed a pen to write down a number... I had three flashlights and as many lasers within reach, but not a single freaking pen. Time to stop by the bank and borrow a few :eg:

I cant believe you haven't seen the build thread IE..

Arguably the best handheld laser...ever.

And it was built by a member right here.
