Maybe an engine mount, but looks like the housing of a bearing, but I can't figure of what...
It's from a car, not from a truck, is it?

Mine:
No heater element.
It's a very specific item.
hint, it's related to current events. I even remember someone posting about a device like that recently.

Just gonna take a stab at that one Mike, as I don't know much about the wars at all, but is it used to measure quantities of gun powder?
