I just got my two and yep they are "GREAT!" The first one I tested was 56mw max and stable at around 54mw and the second was 48mw max and 43mw stable. So yes, these are a GREAT buy and if they last awhile, then these are a steal!

That one is just a hair cheaper if you want to try it out. I'm sure it's the same thing, but you might be waiting awhile for that one. I personally would opt for the quicker shipping, but that is because I'm impatient.

he also sells green pens 5s,30mw,50mw,100,150mw pens...100mw waterproof torches,100mw torches focasable with keys,200mw torch focasable with keys,modules up to 150mw...all are overspec. they have been reviewed and tested.... i buy 100s of 5mw pens(overspec usually 35mw) from him each month for the last year...great seller BIN YU/WLASER... there are prices in company thread U.S. BASED LASER DISTRIBUTER also review by daguin in review thread HANDFUL OF LASERS...all are tested before shipping...

those both ship from china though. Personally I'd rather pay an extra dollar and get the item in 2-3 days rather than 2-3 weeks.

I just got mine, the violet one is awesome, but the green one has a crocked diode so the output is horrible, and it fades from really dim to off, I emailed them so I can get a replacement. If they send me a new one I may try and fix it, idk, It depends on what they do.

Lasers arrived today- nice to not a have to wait for shipping from China. No frills packing- each in a bubble wrap mini bag-ALL Stuck In A STANDARD Bubble Envelope- USPS/ no sig needed /1st class from Baton Rouge La. NO DIRECTIONS- [fyi LIKE MOST- NEG, END OF THE aaa Goes TOWARDS The LD End-POS. To The REAR.] ordered 3 sets of the green/BR combo.
the BRs-- two around 47 mWs the other only 15 mWs
the greenies -37/32 mWs and the third only 10 mWs
metered with Kenometer Lite LMPs
These all are 'opens in the middle' style
momentary side button
I have buyers for one each- 15$ for the 10 mW green- $20 for the 15 mW BR- I will keep the other 4 and use them in my mini R-G-BR lumia wheel project.

Thanks for the great post and review. I ordered a couple 405's and 532's to give them a try. Would never have thought to try them otherwise.

I got my combo pack today and since I think the other thread in the BST section was deleted so I just wanted to throw back up some of the info that I posted there.

It comes in a manila envelope with bubble wrap on the inside and the lasers are individual wrapped in bubble-wrap themselves. Packing is ok but can still be damaged when the USPS guy runs it over with the truck.

The spring on all three that I have gotten seems to be bent but does not effect the operation of the unit.

Slapped in a couple of AAA this time.(don't use two 10440's it will kill it) I do plan on trying one 10440 with a spacer and see how it holds up.

Anyway it seems to be a great laser for $9 or even less with the combo. I have not tried the green yet but will edit this post with some beam shots from it tonight.

Thanks for the beam shots. They look great. I am definitely looking forward to getting mine. I went from practically nothing to 7 lasers on the way in a few days thanks to this place... :shhh: Hope the wife doesn't find out.

The 10 I ordered on Sunday got here today and... they're green. I'm not totally pissed, since it's always good to have more lasers, but if I had wanted green, I would have ordered green.

I just ordered 2 405nm (for less than 20$ :drool:)
I just hope they are as good as you wonderful people say.

I won't have a measuring LPF though =(
I hope they're both steady at least 50.
