Hey Andrew, I feel your pain on the supply... trying to find some myself. If you happen to before I do, let me know and I'll buy them from you, even with the premium, but I wouldn't need the Aixiz module. In fact, you could just send me the sled, or the diode with the ribbon/board still on, I'd be fine with that. Feel free to let me know, as I may buy up to 10 of them if you find some in the next week, and so long as they're cheaper than the Xbox sleds from PSXboy ;)

diodes are static and heat sensitive and since most ppl dont realize this the diodes are sold as-is(i burnt out 6 aixiz diodes at 40$ a pop before i realized how sensitive they are). testing them would chance me blowing the diode so im not going to risk losing the money i put into it by burning up the diodes i paid for. its also beginig to look like all the toshiba drives are gone as well..unless you want to pay upwards of 30 for just the drive and more if you want them harvested. ive been searching all over and everytime i find a supplier they sell out shortly after. I will pay an extra $10 for one if i can get it now. Are those ones avalable or are those the ones that you foud but sold out?

So wait, I'm totally confused right now. :-? You said mine was the last one, did mine get shipped or not?Do I have to send an additional payment if you find a supplier? I would be fine with just the drive as long as it's bellow $44.
