For everyone in the USA, if you're interested let me know if there's anything extra you'd like me to do for customs, ship the module separately, etc.

If anyone remembers a thread I did a long while ago about something being on the diode window there was some sort of contaminant, here's an updated shot:

A good idea would be to give the diode window a good cleaning anyway, I've never tried to clean it unless compressed air counts (that didn't end up working entirely)

All prices are in USD, unless stated otherwise

Asking 195.00 for this, plus 12$ to the USA, or 20$ to ship the module separately. Very good unit here, no scratches and very little run time. If you couldn't tell already I'm more so interested in the blue wavelengths.

For shipping to Canada, I believe it's 11$CAD for a tracked packet
For internationals interested PM me for shipping info

The host was created by Ehgemus, so that's a plus for anyone looking for a good looking host build too. The focus ring I had ordered from Flaminpyro, though a long while ago I replaced the lens (I can't remember what lens, probably 3E though not entirely sure) and the focus ring ate too much length on the barrel. I will include it with the build anyway. PM Lifetime17 or Flaminpyro for a different focus ring, and I suppose I could build this module into a different host but I'd like to sell this one.

First two pics is how the host looks like with the focus ring mounted, the last two pics is how the unit will come. The focus ring will be included on the side and not mounted on the lens barrel as said earlier because it doesn't fit.

To recap, here's some details:
  • 520nm
  • 800mW
  • 2*18350s/16340s
  • Asking 195.00$USD + shipping

Thanks for looking! :D

Hi EP,
Good luck with the sale thats a great host i also have a few of Harolds host and some Sinners to sitting around to build.About the focus knob threads i had the same problems when these guys made them they're to deep for the lens barrels. When i thread a focus knob i only thread about 3 to 4 full threads you really have to watch that.
Oh and about that bad diode window another option is to decan it and/or back lasing..but have to be careful of the bare emitters

Rich:)

Really nice looking host. Couple of questions?

1 Is the driver sinked to the heatsink or attached to the diode?
2 Does it have a tail clicky also?

Kinda interested in this one ?

Thanks Rich, it's one of my most solid builds, but sadly over the months I've lost interest. Thought it might be better in someone elses hands. The diode window actually isn't doing too bad, but could definitely use a good cleaning by whoever's interested. If anyone would like a custom focus ring you're definitely our guy! :yh:

Hey Bob, the driver doesn't need much sinking and therefore is attached to diode inside the module. It'll probably do around 2 mins of runtime before cooling down for a bit. It doesn't have a tail clicky, but rather a side momentary button.

Feel free to PM me for anything else :D

Can you take a photo of that beam on the wall through some goggles so it isn't so over saturated?

Sure Alaskan, tried a couple shots and this was the best I got. Output got clipped a bit off of the bulletin board I used but I think I got what matters for most part, might try again later when I've got more time if you'd like.

Freaking good deal. These are usually at least $300 new.

Congrats on you sale EP, somebody's going to be one happy camper. Beside one less thing for me to think about.

Thank you, Bob, though I've got a couple things planned for sale in the next couple of weeks, might have you thinking again :D
