Thanks buddy I couldn't wait to finish this build with this diode, So I edited the first post on it.. I Was up from 5:30 am so I was busy machining and coating..

Its still hard to get it correct but I guess practice make perfect. The coatings in a translucent powder work well with AL highly polished.It reflects the coating . Looking to do some 405's, 445,450's and 638's in some pens also..
