Ok guys I just finished up another M140 laser. This time I used a C6 host and put a little polish job on it :drool: This laser peaks at 1.8W+ with a 3 Element lens.

The Laser :

Diode : 445nm M140 diode
Diode Output : 1.8W+
Driver: Moh Linear 1.8A
Heatsink: Aluminum
Lens : 3 Element
Power supply : 2x16340's or 2x18350's
Duty cycle : 30-45 sec on / 45 sec off

The price is $275 > $265 > $255 > $245 > $230 > $215+ Shipping + PP Fee

Would like to keep this laser in the USA!

Thanks Man, I think it came out great! and the fine sanding marks are barley noticeable in person, but the camera doesn't do it justice!!

Cameras doesn't do justice with all polished lasers ... that's okay :beer:

Thanks, I want to also note that if the buyer requests I can put GITD powder in the Grooves on the focus adapter.

That is a good polishing job. It must be a hell of a work. :)
I have white transparent silicone tailcap. That would a perfect match with this host.

Thanks, it took a good part of the day to do. I spent most of the time sanding it then polishing it then re-sanding it because it wasn't to my liking! Transparent Tailcap, interesting, didn't know they made those.

What were the steps you took to polish and remove the Anodizing?

De anodizing I can't tell you but you can find out online, but I sanded the whole host, heatsink, focus adapter with 800,1000,1500,2000 then polished it. And I repeated those steps at least 3 times till I got the shine I was looking for. Took me a lot of time to get that shine, and I used a dremel to do the polishing for the most part. I have some serious efforts into this one! Hope someone will appropriate all the work and have to have it.

It's a very efficient diode most of mine come efficient like this if not all from DTR, Whoever gets this is going to be extremely happy! Good luck with the sale bro :)
