For anyone that scrolls down to the bottom of this page and reads these messages I’ve already resolved this with Unown. Don’t worry everyone I haven’t been hacked I’m just deployed on a ship and using WiFi hotspots in the host countries that my ship stops in. I’ve been buying up different laser bits while deployed so expect some new builds when I get home!

Order placed on the 20th of January and have sent 2 emails and have gotten no response.
Might you be able to tell me what's going on with this order, if it's shipped, etc.
This order just contained parts, no lasers so I was hoping these would ship sooner than later.

I have been waiting for my delivery since OCTOBER
Surprised by the delay I asked you to have a look at the beginning of january
Your answer was "Shipping takes some time from Canada to Spain. The shipment was sent and should arrive soon"
Now my delivery is lifting the destination country and being returned to canada
Cant stop asking myself why didnt you review the delivery at that point...
Please, do it asap!

After several months I have received the package at last
Unfortunately the bezel you send me does not fit into my laser
I have paid at customs 5.29€ for it, but this bezel does not work for my laser
I can not believe this is happening

How can we solve this?
How will you return my money back (5.29€)?
Can you please send me a proper bezel?

Should arrive any time now, it was shipped a few weeks back.
Canada Post resumed from a strike so there may be longer delays than usual

I gotta ask you about something. What's with the banner on your profile? Silhouettes of what looks like little girls. Are you a little girl? If so the lowest age allowed on this forum is 18 years of age. If you aren't a little girl then why do you as an adult have both your profile pic and banner that of little girls?

Hi, this is some form of my logo. Of course I am very close to children and the silhouette of the little girl has a special atmosphere. It is nothing malicious, I have just been using it for many years. But I'm not a little girl :D
I also use this logo in our company on PCBs made by me.
