gave yobresal my mailing address and now the tracking number shows the package is in another town than the one I live in. and yobresal claims I could have took delivery in this other city. so I'm out my money because he thinks I took delivery of a package which the usps told me is lost. The tracking ticket shows has never been to my mailing address. but somehow I sneaked into the post office in another town and changed the mailing address so I could take delivery in that town instead of where I live.
and yobresal sold it to me with shipping included. didn't mention he wasn't including insurance. if you buy something from anywhere thru the mail and it doesn't arrive they don't cry you didn't have insurance. They replace what you bought. yobresal wants me to pay $80 more to replace something he mailed to the wrong address.
Since this thread is here I would actually like the forum's input on this. The issue is that the package is taking longer than usual to arrive and may "be lost"
If this happens to be the case what is the appropriate plan of action? Am I supposed to be the one to take a major loss and send out another. Does the buyer take the major loss? Do we meet half way and split the cost for a replacement? I genuinely do not know what action to take if this issue pans out to be a lost package.
Good idea... that will add to your credibility...There is an agent assigned who called me. I be sure to tell them to update the web tracking ticket.
