You can buy a lathe , 10 aluminum rods, make your own sonar cases, have "blu-ray" laser etched on them and still be left with some money :D :D :D :D :D sexy shmexy, it's a HUGE ripoff....

At least it's cheaper than WL:s sonar II at 60mw! ;D

Those people at that site seems to know nothing about lasers. they say "because it looks 10x brighter than a red at the same power, you must never look into the beam."

Well, there's no chance it looks 10 times brighter than a 65mw red, and they even say that it makes more damage to the eye because you can SEE it better!?!

That site is a FAIL.

Actually, isn't 405nm a lot dimmer than 650? Here's a nice little chart. Check it out, 405nm isn't even one pixel. ;D (according to the chart, 650nm is orange but just ignore that...)

405nm has a brighter beam, but the dot is a lot dimmer unless it's on a fluorescent object.
 
The beam will be brighter than a red, but the dot will be dimmer?
 
:-? that doesn't make sense , maybe something to do with the way the BR scatters in the air ?
 
you could buy sonarII barrels WTF thats so COOL i want one, how much ?

sonarII is probly the best looking laser barrel in the world, i wish i new somebody who coul laser engrave so i could make my own barrel and get a blu-ray logo engraved on it lmao :D
 
They don't sell Sonar barrels anymore :( No idea why, just not on the site...

Glad I got one before they went, can't wait to make an awesome blu-ray with it :D
 
I love the rest of the site too...Nothing in laser safety,and even selling a kipkay flashlight laz0r ... o.O
No goggles,but a bunch of ridiculously overpriced mid powered lasers...
 
If they were still selling them, I'd buy a heap of them then resell them a little cheaper here on the forums (to use up all the store credits I have).

Maybe I'll ask about it... yeah, I'll email WL support about it, see what's going on :)

There we go, email sent. I also asked if they'll be selling any more cases in the future, since their cases are so cool :D
