Sorry, but this issue has been beaten to death long ago and it's actually PayPal that's preventing the sale. FDA has always been against DX although the packages still got through 95% of the time

are we not allowed to get stronger than 5mW shipped to the us because people were shining lasers on airplanes? is that what you meant by that?
