Did you try contacting Gray? I forget where, but I heard they stopped selling the 473nm PL-E Pro but they potentially would be willing to build one for a custom order. But I could be wrong.

At least for a while they sold a 473 nm Mini Pl-E ..... bad start as the IR filter was absent so we got much higher mW until they sent us filters..
I might sell mine--make an offer Z..
BTW nice to see that you are still around---- Len

If Gray is willing to build you one, count me in on one too - also in the hunt for a portable 473nm 🍻

Thanks for the replies! I'm following up with hak first, if things don't work with him I'll message Gray.

Gazer - I've been looking around for those, the 488nm and 375nm variants for a while now with no luck. Unless you're willing to shell out a few thousand $$$$.

You however can overdrive some of the 465's to the 470+nm range fairly easily and get more power out of it. If you want > 473nm and < 488nm, there's a 100mW 477nm bare diode on eBay for $500 right now...

I did a review of it at the time I built it. I think I paired it with another, possibly 502nm laser pointer. It might have been the 493nm one.

I have one as well running a bit greener at 480nm. (sold the other one).

I'm sure most people already know but Sanwu also has some great wavelengths in that range, at 465nm and 488nm :)
