Hey guys,

I want to eventually own every wavelength of laser light available, so I am now looking for either a 473 nm laser or a yellow/orange laser. I would prefer if the beam was bright enough to be seen clearly at night and would prefer a pen style over a portable one for the sake of convenience. Let me know what you're willing to sell and I will consider your offer. My budget is around 600$.

Thanks!

You can buy one new from companies like CNI Laser and LaserGlow - they should run you about $400+

In that case, isnt the 89 mW avg output on the low side? I've seen some average around the 150 mW mark. Correct me if I am wrong.

Can you show me the ones that average 150mW? Pretty much all high power 473's have a long warm up period after which the power drops.

You'd need active cooling to get long graphs. difficult-to-produce DPSS lasers (such as 473nm) likes to operate at one temperature, and once it exceeds, it no longer likes high outputs... if you want one with long duty cycle consider
-A Labby (>$400)
-A large portable with a TEC or fan - It's been done with large maglites and there are 473nm modules available for <$400 that go over 100mW on average. (though final cost this way will be >$400)

Nobody is going to have a CNI 473nm 150mW average laser for less $$ than what it costs to get a guaranteed 100mW 473nm new.

Try contacting Lasever and see what they can do for you. From the table of values in Jayrob's thread the 120mW module is about $500 USD. You might be able to get something new in that range, handheld, from them around your budget.
