WTB Burning Laser For Lighting "Tabacco"

Alright I am looking for a portable laser pointer that could easily light a bowl filled with tobacco of course. I dont care if its green, red or blue and im not trying to spend a fortune. Anyone got any ideas on how much it would run to get a powerful enough red laser that it could easily light a bowl. Or am i just dreaming of this

Easily? An entire bowl? Not happening. Maybe with 5W IR, but that's quite an expensive (and not to mention exceedingly hazardous) lighter.
