WTB: 18650 Host






I already have a SS 18650 kit coming for a a140 build, but in probably 2 weeks from the backlog. Was looking for something quicker to put a LOC or 405 in. I snagged one of Mohrenberg's cheapie hosts in the hopes I can get a 18650 squeezed in it. I'm still looking if anyone has one to get rid of.
 
Pssh, who needs anything else? I'd buy every laser in the SS18650 kit if I could.

I hear ya and agree. They are gorgeous hosts. Once I get everything built I may slowly start transplanting into SS hosts one by one. I definetely want all my units to run off 18650's. I want runtime plus I've got a crapload of them already.

My fiancee is ready to kick my ass already. "You have how much in this laser pointer??!!" I'm like, its not a pointer, its a real laser lol. Her reply, "AND?".

You'll soon learn not to tell her what you've spent. It's better if they don't know ;)

I'm fairly positive an 18650 can be stuck in my hosts.

If you come up short on space, check the tail cap. It seems to have a plastic "filler" in it.
You can take that out to allow even more room.
