Why wait, just get yourself the cheaper, smaller, better quality, focusable host now:)

You can buy one of the cheaper lazerer "rifle" lasers and just gut it.
 
$80 still seems like quite a bit for a host. And I like the size of the Spyder III.

That peak doesn't anything if the average is much lower.

Post a 5 minute power graph of a Krypton with a +900mW average and I'll buy that unit for $4.6K, which is what LG charges for the Hercules 750...
