Vista SP2 does run really good, we had no complaints with that one. Yes I know Vista got a bad rap, but with SP1 and then SP2 it was fine; heck I thought Win7 should have been Vista SP3 but MS wanted to get rid of the Vista name very badly.
We will run some machines on Win8 for sure, those that don't upgrade and embrace technology and change do tend to get left behind. We'll most likely scale back our production environment plans; got a wait and see attitude now to see what finally shakes out.
