Well, that's just it. What the whole fight is about.

The banks signed off on the agreement. The question is, will the courts hold the banks to be as accountable, as they would hold a user who signs a contract.

To me, issues like this, and the pot/prostitution debates are a litmus tests for the maturity and fairness of society.

Unfortunately in this kind of situation it usually comes down to who can afford the better lawyers, or the banks may decide it's easier to settle than keep it in court. Of course in settling they would set a very nice precedent :shhh:

It would be awesome, you'd just have to evacuate all the moisture from everything, and ensure no condensation on the outside of the module.

Would suck to go to the trouble to chill a laser like that only to have it rendered useless by condensation on the optics and/or window when you fire it up. :(

Yeah, I was wondering how that would work. Heard about something called a nitrogen purge on some lab style setups for c-mounts. Sounds complex though :thinking:
