The dinodirect goggles have a complete BS description, avoid them. The radiant site at least is honest about the specs, although he considers 5mW passing a failure with 650mW incoming. I think that's putting the limit in his favor, because that equal to having OD 2.1 where it had 2.5 to start with. But considering this only happened after 38 seconds which is more than enough time, I think these will do fine.
