Wicked Lasers 405nm Diode Replacement

hey can any one tell me what diode is in the wicked lasers E3 violet 405 nm laser and whare i can get a replacement.

Im not familiar with thier products or thier power output, but most likly its gonna be a PHR-803T or the likes. (could be the bigger 12X brother.. but I dont know, so dont qoute me on it)

I think it would most likely be a diode comparable to what we find in 6X drives. PHR is only reliable up to ~120mW and 12Xs are too powerful.
Try SF-AW210 or GGW-H20L sleds from hightechdealz.com or modwerx.com (both USA).

Also, Scopeguy20 is hosting a GB for lots of different laser diodes. Check the Group Buy section for details.

I think O-like (China) has 6X and 12X diodes on their site as well.
There may be a few others but none come to mind.

Thanks RA, Yes, likely it's a SF-AW210 BR diode, I have at least 2 of those sleds on hand atm... -Glenn
