I'm looking for some (8) 18650 LiIon cells which will take short 10 amp loads.
I've tried a bunch from DX but they aren't balanced well and Poop out in an unpredictable manner. Do they even exist??

I have a new Dewalt 36 volt pack and charger.... What a mass of power but the cells are bigger in diameter. I think these are 4.4 Amp -Hr and the 18650's are 2.5 Amp-Hr.

I may have to redesign my power tubes.

I was looking around, and found a German RC hobby website that has batteries that might fit the bill.  You might want to look at domestic sites though.

One thing you could try is to remove the protection circuit from the 18650s you have. Those generally limit the discharge rate.
