I need some sort of a optics kit with like prisms, diffractions gratings and such. Where can I buy it except for optotronics that ship outside of US?

I have found many on ebay (mostly 1 piece per listing) but i too am wondering where to find some. most companies are in china and take FOREVER to ship to anywhere. optotronics is the only place ive seen that sells sets with everything.

You can get stuff from Surplus Shed too. They have tons of optics. No idea if they'll ship outside the country, but inside the country the shipping is about $5 for the entire order. Search for "grab" to see their collection of grab-bags of optics. They do ship worldwide, but the rates vary, so get a quote.
