Okay. So, assuming the average internet user has an expected lifespan of 80 years, that means anyone "before 1988" has about 60 ages to choose from, not only one. So the distribution of "people per age" is more like 15/60 or 1/4 - which means that the before 1988-party is no competition at all.

then the 1993+: Afaik you have to be 13 to register, so that means this spans 2 years (1993, 1994) - thus it's 1 .5 per year, pushing it down to third place.

So just to get these numbers right.

1988, what a great year! Don't remember much though! I usually get on with most people more than a few years older or the same age as me, don't tend to agree with people younger than me or that little gap 2 years ahead of me (I have my reasons)!
