red? its a green laser so it should not put out red.... if you see red that means its ir and thats bad... the ir should be no more that 1-5 mw and ir is kinda over rated as it fans out in a flash light style the thing you need to worry about is the monster green beam that could blind you

ok i didnt ask the right question , Is the green 30 mw more powerfull by a 30 mw red and why if so

A mw is a mw whatever the colour, we just see green more easily.
