The cow meme refers to an image of cow Otis from 2006 animated film Barnyard paired with the caption "Perhaps". Starting in 2017, the image macro has been circulated online as a subtle way of admitting something morally or legally questionable.

Of course, the entire concept of Otis the male cow is absurd, all cows are female.

Because he put his heart and soul into what he built—imagination, time, patience—and how was he repaid? I recently saw Eudaimon, whatever his name is. He's also an excellent Croatian turner. He's done a lot for LPF, but I don't think even if you email him, he doesn't do anything anymore. He lives and is Greek, hasn't been in for ages, has done and given so much for LPF, and now he makes the famous Drivers that Jordan has on his website, and Jordan resells them for $32 each. But look, if it's just for this, I can reassure you right away, I've been away for a month, but from time to time I've looked around without logging into LPF, and it's not that I've seen great participation or very many posts, just as I left it a month ago so I found it again, look around, LPF is no longer what you remember and neither do I, so to make you understand one fundamental thing, the problem is not me, if LPF has become like this it's not my fault, I repeat I've been away for a month and nothing has changed for better or worse.. everything is silent, there's no participation, so open your eyes and really see how things are, I, I enter or I don't enter, nothing changes brother, I write or I don't write a post, nothing changes, even if as you say I don't contribute anything to the forum! I would be more concerned about how it got to this point, you don't have to attack me and focus only on me, the problem is not me, I took a month off from LPF on purpose, precisely to understand if it depended on my being there or not to make it or have made it like this and fortunately it wasn't as I thought.

And since you've been on LPF, what good or useful things have you brought to this forum? Tell me... a few replies here and there, a small collection of laser pointers, two of which don't have laser modules, just the red and black wires, the story of the cell phone that wouldn't charge because it had lousy batteries... this is zigzag123, there are no winners or losers, it's all in your head. Maybe you used to draw comics on the drawing board you have at home? The way I see it, why not bury the hatchet and start all over again? Maybe with effort we can get LPF back to how it was before... instead of offending and insulting each other. What do you think?
