What do you think of this Voltmeter?

It depends on what exactly you are going to do with it..

If you want to check your car's battery it is OK..
but if you want to make a Laser Power Meter it is useless..

Damn I wanted to check 16340 batteries voltage as well as in the future (maybe) make an LPM. Do you have any better suggestions ?:thanks:

Hey brendon7358,

I wouldn't suggest getting that voltmeter from eBay. It probably won't be too reliable but then again at $1 what can you lose.

IMO though, you should get a proper digital multimeter. There are some you can find at a very low price of ~$15 like this entry-level, low cost multimeter, which I would say is actually pretty feature-packed for that price.

Hope this helps, good luck

There are differences between a voltage panel and a digital multimeter. For a specific application as LPM a panel is more convenient. A DMM is more versatile.
