What diode should I get?

So, after the demise of my new NUBM44 6W+ 445nm. I wanna get another one but after seeing the divergence, I don't know...

I currently have:
3-4X 1W 445nm
1 x 2.4W 445nm
1 x 10-20mw 450nm
2 x 100mw 650nm
1 x 1W 520nm > Driver not working ATM.
I have a 500mw 405nm somewhere.

I love power, brightness and good divergence, so far only the 1W 520nm fits all those, which I already have.

Suggestions?

You say you want power, brightness, and good beam divergence..Surprised you don't have any 532s!

The 07e is what you described and more
The divergence isn't great but better than the 44

Aha, I do have some, weak ones tho. I just don't like color compared to the 520. I think I have a few 100mw and a few cheap aliexpress ones.

Go for the 07e, you won't be disappointed! I love the colour of 465nm, and it's a hell of a bright diode. As with most higher powered diodes though, gotta watch the duty cycle on it as it builds heat rather quickly.

What does it run at?

0-65 C by spec. It generates ~18W of waste heat at 5W though. That'll really heat most hosts up pretty fast.

...., At this point, investing in an Optics degree and coming up with new, more efficient diodes is better than actually getting those on the market right now.

I'll get it tho, I like the color.

I'm not sure going into optics will get you any fancy efficient diodes. Might want to go into electrical engineering with an optics focus. Get a Master's, and then get the Ph.D. in Optical Sciences.

I rarely touch optronics right now in my EE degree, but maybe soon. :D

Is the difference between 445 and 465 really noticeable?

Pretty noticeable with more relative brightness on the 465, but not huge:
Relative Laser Beam Brightness Calculator: (465nm 5000mw) vs. (445nm 7285.2mw)

Play with this too:

If you want to do a cheaper build, and since you don't have any yet, try a Mitsubishi 500mw diode. You can push those to just over 1W. The divergence is horrible, but it's still cool. And DTR has the diodes for $29 ea. I just ordered a diode and 1.2a driver from him, and I'm planning on sticking it in my upcoming phaser build.
