please read the first post carefully. the blu-ray laser diodes are for sale now. you can get one from the group buy by ordering with the link in the first post, or PM me for paypal instructions.

Ok, an update!: the driver parts are either here or on their way and and the lasers are on their way also.

Update: The laser pickups have arrived!
All of the components are here, so (Priority!) shipments will begin tomorrow.

here's a photo of a compact driver board assembly:

the heatsink for the regulator isn't necessary for the violet lasers up to a power supply of 12V.

As these are received and built, hopefully others will post their less cramped examples :)
